Mike and Pam Dailey
The Daileys co-founded TecTel Solutions in 1994, with the concept of providing executive oversight to clients who require retained services for specific projects. Mike and Pam have fifty years of combined technical, project management, design and administrative experience, resulting in the successful outcomes to over fifty telecommunications projects in the past five years.
Mike Dailey has three decades of experience as a technical executive, fifteen of which were as a Vice President of a fortune 500 company implementing large data and voice communications projects. Mike's extensive experience includes complex technical planning and implementation, management of a national staff, financial analysis, policy development and contract negotiations.
Mike and Pam are members of the Consultant Liaison Programs for Nortel, Avaya (Lucent), Lucent, Siemens, NEC, Cisco, 3Com and all other major CPE manufacturers and networking vendors.
Pam Dailey is a graduate of the University of Washington with over twenty years experience in management administration. Her extensive experience with needs analysis has ensured accurate documentation of end-user requirements, and the written transfer of technical information to a client-friendly format.
